2022 Mourvedre

The Mourvèdre vine likes hotter weather, and brings a warm and peppery personality to the traditional Rhone blend. This single varietal wine has a sweet nose that may be misleading, as it gives way to a gamey character, with obvious black pepper and thyme flavors. Try pairing with Braised Lamb Meatballs, seasoned with Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme.
